General conditions & prices
Tours can be ordered by phone or email. Klare Lijn/Brussels Walks will always confirm the agreement in writing. The best available guide will be booked only after the customer has accepted our written confirmation. To ensure listening comfort, walks are limited to 20 participants per guide.
Prices
We charge 170€ for a walk or coach tour of max 3 hrs. A full day assignment of max 8hrs costs 310€. In case of full day assignment, the guide will be asked to join the group for lunch or be paid 20€ extra. An additional 30€ will be due for each extra hour.
If the group is late our guide will wait at the meeting point for no more than 1 hour. The time of delay will be deducted from the total time of the tour. Each delay should be notified immediately by calling the phone number provided on the booking confirmation. The agreed amount will remain due.
Klare Lijn/Brussels Walks cannot be liable in case one of our guides would not show up or arrive too late.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, following amounts are due:
- Cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the day for the tour : 20€
- Cancellation more than 5 calendar days but less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the tour : 50€
- Cancellation less than 5 calendar days prior to the date of the tour or in case of no-show : the entire amount
By electronically signing for approval, the group responsible formally acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
