Art in the Metro

This one’s not a coach tour – it’s time to take the Metro!

The Brussels Metro, or underground, is one of the most striking in the world from an artistic point of view. The stations that we visit give a clear picture of the different artistic trends from the period following the Second World War in Belgium. Names such as Rik Poot, Roger Raveel, Pol Mara, Vic Gentils, Jan Cox, and Roger Somville amongst others, all appeal to the imagination.

But the Metro in itself is also a work of art, so this is an exciting trip through the Brussels underground. And with an enthusiastic Klare Lijn guide you really can’t go wrong with this visit to Brussels…

Transport is to be paid by you.
